Ryan Millar is Senior Partner with Partners In Leadership Inc. With over 25 years' experience in professional leadership roles, he has worked on complex culture and change management projects for well-known organizations such as Wal-Mart, Publix Super Markets, Roche Diagnostics, Nike Inc., Symantec, OSF Health Care, MetLife, General Motors, Entergy, US Bank, Ingersoll-Rand, Duke Energy, and Petronas. Ryan started his professional career in 1997, touring with the USA Volleyball team, and he went on to compete in three Olympic Games. In 2008, he helped the USA win their first Olympic Volleyball Gold Medal in twenty years at the Olympic Games in Beijing. He also competed in four World Cups, two World Championships, five World League Finals, and four Olympic Qualification Tournaments. Ryan is the host of the wildly popular podcast - “Unlocking Excellence” where he discusses the many ways to unlock personal, team, and organizational excellence.
